Showing a marked lack of consideration for the poor , struggling psephologist, Plaid Cymru managed to time the culmination of their recent leadership election with the end of Freshers’ Week here at Cardiff University.

Nonetheless, I managed to put together some thoughts on the outcome of the election, as well as on the departed leader Leanne Wood, and her successor Adam Price.

I put together here thoughts about the result on the day itself for the New Statesman.
