Let’s celebrate Wales as a place of hope, culture, welcome and loving families, said the Archbishop of Wales during his visit to the National Eisteddfod in Cardiff Bay.

The Archbishop, John Davies, and the Bishop of Bangor, Andy John, visited the Eisteddfod in Cardiff Bay this week. They hosted an event on child poverty with the Children’s Commissioner for Wales, Dr Sally Holland, and joined in worship at the Cytun tent. The Archbishop signed the Big Shift petition at the Christian Aid tent and broke his way out of their ‘bank vault’. He talked about homelessness at the Shelter Cymru tent and wrote a message of welcome to refugees at the Welsh Refugee Coalition stand. Watch his message below:
